Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wonder Academy website, services, and training programmes.

Wonder Academy is a brand operated by Wonder Innovation Hub Sdn. Bhd. (MyCoID: 202301033158) (“Wonder Academy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our website or registering for any training programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the website.

2. Training Registration

Registration for any course is subject to confirmation by Wonder Academy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any registration.
  • Limit participant numbers.
  • Postpone or reschedule programmes where necessary.
  • Cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Fees and Payment

Training fees shall be paid in accordance with the quotation or invoice issued by Wonder Academy.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Programmes below RM1,000 require full payment before commencement.
  • Programmes RM1,000 and above require a deposit upon confirmation, with the balance payable before the training date.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of registration or suspension of services.

4. HRD Corp Claimable Programmes

Where a programme is HRD Corp claimable:

  • Approval of claims is subject solely to HRD Corp’s policies and requirements.
  • Employers remain responsible for ensuring eligibility before submitting claims.
  • Wonder Academy does not guarantee claim approval.
  • Any rejected or unpaid claims remain the responsibility of the registered employer or participant.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Participant cancellations:

  • More than 14 days before training: Full refund or transfer to another session (less any administrative charges, if applicable).
  • 7-14 days before training: 50% refund or one-time rescheduling.
  • Less than 7 days before training: No refund.

Participant substitutions from the same organisation may be allowed before the training commences.

Wonder Academy reserves the right to reschedule programmes due to trainer availability, minimum participant requirements, venue issues, or other unforeseen events. Participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund where applicable.

6. Attendance and Certification

Certificates of Completion or Attendance will only be issued to participants who:

  • Attend the required training sessions;
  • Meet any minimum attendance requirements; and
  • Complete any required assessments where applicable.

Replacement certificates may be subject to an administrative fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, manuals, videos, templates, downloads, and other learning resources remain the intellectual property of Wonder Academy or their respective licensors.

Participants may use the materials solely for their personal or internal organisational learning.

Without written permission, participants must not:

  • Copy;
  • Sell;
  • Publish;
  • Redistribute;
  • Record;
  • Upload;
  • Modify; or
  • Commercially exploit any training materials.

8. Online Learning

For online courses, participants are responsible for:

  • Having a stable internet connection.
  • Using suitable hardware and software.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Sharing course accounts or access credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

9. User Accounts

Where user accounts are provided, you agree to:

  • Keep your password confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
  • Be responsible for activities under your account.

Wonder Academy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend services temporarily for:

  • Maintenance
  • Upgrades
  • Security reasons
  • Technical failures

11. AI-Powered Services

Wonder Academy may provide AI-assisted services including Training Needs Analysis, learning recommendations, content generation, and automation.

AI-generated outputs are intended to assist decision-making only and should not replace professional judgement.

Users remain responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of AI-generated recommendations before relying on them.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonder Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of our website;
  • Participation in our training programmes;
  • Technical interruptions;
  • Errors in AI-generated outputs;
  • Third-party services; or
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the relevant programme.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, learning platforms, analytics providers, or external websites.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.

14. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in that Privacy Policy.

15. Force Majeure

Wonder Academy shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemic or epidemic
  • Government actions
  • Industrial disputes
  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • Acts of terrorism
  • War

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

17. Changes to These Terms

Wonder Academy may revise these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
